Refund Policy

Advance payment is required to activate your app access and personalized coaching. This allows us to prepare your program and support your journey. Once access begins, payments are non-refundable. All services are provided within the program period. One-on One training require payment in advance and are non-refundable once scheduled. Late cancellation or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session. Medical emergencies may be considered for rescheduling at the coach's discretion. Sessions must be used within the program timeframe.
